What personal data does Guard Tracer collect about me?

1. Personal data collected when you sign up for the Guard Tracer Service or begin using the application - when you begin using to the Guard Tracer Service, we collect certain personal data so you can use our service.

2. Personal data collected through your use of the Guard Tracer Service - when you use the Guard Tracer Service (or app), we collect personal data about your use of our service. This includes but not limited to, your name or alias, your company name; and your GPS location.

3. Personal data collected that enables us to provide you with additional features/functionality - from time to time, you may also provide us with additional personal data or give us permission to collect personal data e.g. to provide you with more features or functionality. These could be but not limited to Time Sheet Records, usage data, and Marketing Data categories contained in our Privacy Policy.

Why does Guard Tracer collect and use this personal data?

We collect and use your personal data for the following reasons:

1. To provide, personalize, and improve your experience with the Guard Tracer Service. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a clocking transaction.

2. To understand how you access and use the Guard Tracer Service to ensure technical functionality of the Service, develop new products, features and services, and analyze your use of the TimeTracer.co.uk Service

3. To communicate with you for Guard Tracer Service-related purposes

4. To communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, for:

-- maintenance and downtime issues.

all via emails, notifications, or other messages via the web dashboard.

How does Guard Tracer protect my personal data?

Guard Tracer is committed to ensuring the security of your information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of the information, Guard Tracer has appropriate physical, managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. We have implemented various policies including pseudonymization, encryption, access, and retention policies to guard against unauthorized access and unnecessary retention of personal data in our systems.

Your password protects your user account, so we encourage you to use a unique and strong password, limit access to your computer browser and other devices, and log out after having used the Guard Tracer Service.

How does Guard Tracer share / transfer my personal data?

We do not and will not provide any of your personal or business information to other companies or individuals without your specific request and permission.

Personal data collected for the purposes of paying your subscription through our payment partners (PayPal and PayPro Global) within the European Union (“EU”) and Switzerland may, for example, be transferred to us and processed by third parties located in a country outside of the EU and Switzerland. In such instances Guard Tracer shall ensure that the transfer of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and in particular that appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures are in place such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission.

Please note, all data is erased on a six (6) month rolling basis, no data 7 months or older is stored.
